How To Sing High Notes In Mixed Voice

Would you like to know how to sing high notes in mixed voice?

When you can hit your highest notes with power and that "chest voice" quality coming through, you can really use it to blow the audience away!

In the video below I show you a little "trick" that can help you get this sound.

Watch it now and you'll be hitting your high notes with awesome power in no time at all!

When you watch the vide you'll see that the key to getting your high notes with that "chest like" quality is to "think" that you're pulling your head voice down into your chest voice.

This is very different from what most singers do.

The most common approach is to try and "push" your chest voice up into your higher range.

When you do this you are forcing your voice box out of place. And your voice will either break apart or get really, really sore!

But just by "thinking" that you're pulling your head voice down into your chest voice, you'll find you'll be able to get those notes with no strain at all.

And as you develop this you'll also find that you'll be able to get more and more of those chest qualities coming through.

Developing A Mix

What this little "trick" is helping you do is develop a mix of both head and chest voice qualities.

And by thinking that you're pulling your head voice down into your chest voice you'll begin to become skilled at "blending together" the different tonal qualities in your voice.

This will open up the possibilities of changing the tonality you're using in all parts of your vocal range.

So as you're probably seeing, there is a lot of benefit in practicing this technique!

If you haven't yet watched the video, I recommend you do as it will really help you with your singing. And if you'd like to watch a video series where I go over all the most important concepts of singing, as well as give you exercises that will take your voice to the next level, click here

I hope this has shed more light on how to sing high notes in mixed voice. Enjoy!
